SHORT-TERM ROOM RENTAL

Our large open lounge space is available for short-term rent. Ideal for weekend courses like baby first aid, mothers’ circles, or photoshoots. Would suit 10-12 people in our inviting and warm lounge room (see gallery). Rent includes use of toilets, kitchenette and wifi. No admin support, or marketing is included. Please note this is upstairs with no lift access.

Cleaning fee is optional: we can show you where the vacuum is and you can choose to leave the space spotless (as you found it), or we can organise our ASRC cleaners to come afterwards and you pay for their oh-so-worthy time.

Full day $250 +GST

LONG-TERM ROOM RENTAL

If you are a small business that aligns with our values, we may discuss sub-leasing a room.

  • We are a space for women (read more about this here). This is important to us, and our clients who share the space. Thus, your primary clientele would need to align with this and feel comfortable; when sharing the waiting room etc. We do NOT exclude males from the clinic/space, but this is something for you to be aware of and can be discussed.

  • The lovely room currently has a treatment bed, desk, shelves and three chairs. Our waiting room is pictured above.

  • Rent includes use of shared spaces, toilets, kitchenette, wifi, outgoings and cleaning. Please note this is upstairs with no lift access.

  • The businesses will be kept completely separate - therefore being part of the Hatched House team, marketing and admin is not included. Any visible marketing on the property (such as A-frame or wall signage) would be by negotiation and depend on shared/private room rental, as we would not be associated businesses.

  • References and a contract required prior.

  • Rent-free available for a trial period, by negotiation.

  • Full day $150 + GST (shared space; the room would be used by others on alternate days)

  • Weekly $500 + GST (your room)
